چکیده
In this paper, the off-axis tensile behaviors of triaxial woven fabric reinforced rubber composites (TWFR) was studied experimentally and numerically. The failure morphologies stress-strain curves specimens cut at seven different angles (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°) were obtained by finite element analysis experiment. results found to be in good agreement with experimental results. Stress-strain indicated TWFR exhibited nonlinear behavior under off-axial tension loading, could divided into coupling working stage yarns matrix TWFR, stressed yarns. Similar properties observed for along direction angle bisector any two sets adjacent that mechanism tensile-shear mixed failure.

Impact Damage in Woven Fabric Reinforced Composites
INTRODUCTION Very often, woven fabrics are used as the reinforcement in advanced composite materials. Although the resulting inplane stiffness is lower than of their unidirectional counterparts, the excellent drapability of these materials eases the production of more general doubly curved components. In addition, the inherently low out-of-plane strength of these layered materials improves due ...

INTRODUCTION Woven textile structures are often used as reinforcements in composite materials. Their ease of handling, low fabrication cost, good stability, balanced properties, and excellent formability make the use of Woven Fabrics (WF) very attractive for structural applications in, for example, the automotive and aerospace industry. However, due to the process of draping the fibre orientati...
متن کاملMeclzanical and Dielectrical Studies of Woven Sisal Fabric Reinforced Natural Rubber Textile Biocomposites
Textile biocomposites were prepared by reinforcing natural rubber with woven sisal fabric. Sisal fabric was subjected to various chemical modifications like mercerization, sitanation and heat treatment and its influence on the mechanical properties was analyzed. Tensile strength was seen to decrease with all chemical modifications except for composites prepared with heat-treated sisal fabric. E...

Thermomechanical Properties of Woven Fabric Composites
The in-plane thermo-elastic behaviour of woven fabric reinforced composites is analysed using a combination of published micromechanics and finite element techniques. The repetitive unit of an arbitrary woven fabric composite is divided into elements of which the thermo-elastic properties are determined using micromechanics. The properties of the repetitive unit are obtained using the finite el...
